If this is the first time you are getting your carpets cleaned you probably don’t know what to expect, so hopefully we will make you feel more comfortable and confident in making an informed decision.
There are alot of cleaning companies out there and as many different ways to charge you for their service.
- If you are looking for a great price over the phone (and you will find one) you want to let that customer service represenative know that you want to make sure that price is on the invoice before the cleaning technician enters your home. If they cannot do that then they will not honor their pricing and probably not someone you want to do business with. The chances of that price going up dramatically after they have found there way into your home is 100%.
- If they do NOT have at least a two week written guarantee for the service they provide, again probably not someone that you want to be doing business with. The chances of a company like this coming back for something they missed or messed up are between not a chance and nope.
- Remember...lowest price does not often come with the best results. You get what you pay for more times than not in these instances. We know without you there is no us! We look forward to the opportunity of doing business with you and making you say, "Wow!" This is why it is our pleasure to share with you our prices.
CLEANING PRICES:
We do have a $60 minimum to come out for a cleaning, unless you are getting a Half Price Cleaning then there is NO MINIMUM service charge. This is another benefit of being apart of our 1/2 OFF Carpet Cleaning Warranty
We offer unique pricing to our clients that is straight forward, honest and understandable. There are NO hidden fees with Carpet Monkey. All rooms are $39 per room unless the room is over 250sqft. Then there is a $20 additional fee. ALL 1/2 baths and closets are INCLUDED in the pricing.
**Protection (Dupont Teflon Advanced Protector)- $17 per room unless the room is over 250sqft. Then it is an additional $10. We highly recommend our Dupont Teflon Protector as it helps the longevity of the carpet fibers and it makes stains much, much easier to come out.
**Stairs- $50
**Hallways under 100sqft. are $15 and Hallways over 100sqft. are $29.
**Pet Urine Removal Treatment - $45 dollars for each 1/2 gallon. We won’t know the extent of the damage until we are there and are able to black light those areas to see how much or little damage is done. (You have to use this solution in order to eradicate the ammonia enzymes (which is what smells). If you did a general cleaning without this solution you actually make the smell worse because ammonia loves water. It puts off an even more intense spray kinda like a skunk that knows you are getting closer.)
**Sofa-$99, add $20 for Dupont Teflon Advanced Protection
**Chair-$39, add $10 for Dupont Teflon Advanced Protection, oversized chairs are $49
**Loveseat-$69, add $15 for Dupont Teflon Advanced Protection
**Ottomans are $20, add $5 for Dupont Teflon Advanced Protection
**Pillows are included in the cleaning of upholstery unless there are tons and tons.
**Area and Oriental Rugs need to be evaluated on site due to the different fabric types and weaves. The pricing also varies upon Pet Urine Damage (if there is any) and the severity of that damage.
