All customers who purchase our Dupont Teflon Carpet Protector to their carpet receive access to 1/2 Carpet Cleanings for a year. On the initial visit, we will move all necessary furniture in order to clean your carpets with a few exceptions such as heavy bookcases filled with books, large furniture such as china cabinets, pianos, dining tables, and dressers, as well as breakable items such as electronic equipment (televisions, stereos, VCR's, computers, etc.). Warranty cleanings include the same royal treatment as the initial cleaning, without the vacuuming or moving furniture.

 

 

How our warranty works:


1) Get your initial cleaning, which includes:

  • Vacuuming with our commercial grade Oreck vacuums
  • Prespotting and pretreating stains, 1/2 baths and closets cleaned (AT NO EXTRA COST)

  • Apply our Dupont Teflon Scotchguard
  • Pile Groom your carpet to make them look revived and fresh again.
  • You receive your warranty sheet showing the rooms that are covered and simply present it to us throughout the year for 1/2 OFF carpet cleanings.  Marvelous!

Please note, we follow industry safety standards when furniture moving is provided.  We will move light furniture such as end tables, coffee tables and other small items.  We will NOT move beds, dressers, china cabinets, electronics and the like.  The warranty holder is responsible for moving furniture, if needed, and vacuuming on return visits.**
